An experienced, friendly and professional Administrator and Manager, Lena’s attention to detail, communications skills and customer focus, ensures that clients and candidates enjoy positive experiences and successful outcomes.

In addition to the standard administration duties, Lena is involved in registering applicants, screening and distributing CV’s to the most appropriate consultants and maintaining a specialist Database.

She is also responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and issuing contracts and ensuring the office runs in an efficient, effective and professional manner.

Lena joined Tech Skills Resources in 2016. Lena holds a Bachelor in Education and is proficient in English, Polish and German.
